Email our customer service team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or report as damaged.
Package Your Items
Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely boxed to prevent damage during transit back to our farm shop.
Dispatch the Return
Send your parcel via a tracked courier service to our returns department; please note that return shipping costs for non-faulty items are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
